By adding water it gives a pleasant, white emulsion. Its aroma is typical and stable. Its gentle taste is based on a traditional Samian recipe. This is the ouzo Pithagoras.
Suggestions for Serving
It is served as an aperitif with cold water or ice or even at room temperature. It perfectly accompanies all ouzo snacks, especially seafood and fried foods.
